How do I track my order?
At MIZUNO, we’re committed to getting you geared up and ready to crush your fitness goals as quickly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping time frames:
Standard Orders: All orders placed on our website typically leave our facility within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Custom Orders: Please note that custom order times vary. If you’re eager to know the current time frame for your custom order, our friendly customer service team is just a phone call away .
How do I make a return?
To return a product, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA). This is required for all returns and can be requested online or by calling Order Support at (800) 966-1211. Once your request is processed, you will receive an RA #. Please note, returns can only be requested within 30 days of the shipment date.
Your return must be sent back to the merchant shipper to qualify for a full product credit. Returned items must be received within two (2) weeks of receiving your RA. Make sure the product is in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. If the returned product is not in acceptable condition, it will be rejected and sent back to you.
Additionally, please be aware that we do not offer free returns!

Where is my refund?
At Mizuno, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Whether the size isn’t quite right or the color doesn’t match your gear, we’re here to make the return process as seamless and stress-free as possible for our valued customers.
Once we receive your returned item(s) at our facility, our team will meticulously evaluate it to ensure it meets our return standards. Please allow 3-5 days for this process. We’ll then issue a refund to your credit card or provide a gift card, whichever you prefer. It may take an additional 3-5 days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Expedited Shipping: Need your gear ASAP? Expedited shipping typically arrives in 1-3 business days. ($30 regardless of cart total)

Mizuno USA ships to the entire continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
